Your NeuroMyelin Data

You can take your data out of NeuroMyelin whenever you want, and you can delete it whenever you want. There is no lock in.

You can export your workspace from Settings. A basic export gives you your notes and their details in an open, readable format. Where your plan includes it, a full export pack bundles your notes, files and workspace structure together in one download. A basic export stays available even if your account is over its plan limits. Export requires the relevant workspace permission. Password-protected memories and their linked content are excluded from exports.

You can delete notes and files you have permission to manage from within the app. Deleting removes it from your workspace. If it was the only copy, it is gone, so export first if you might want it later.

Schedule account deletion in Settings. You have 30 days to cancel, and we send a reminder two days before deletion. If you are the only owner in a workspace with other members, promote another owner first. Deleting the last account in a workspace also deletes that workspace. Once deletion is completed after the grace period, it cannot be undone.

If you move to Free, or a paid plan lapses, your existing data stays and nothing is deleted. You can still use read, search and export functions within your permissions. Protected content retains its access restrictions and export exclusions. New saves, uploads and imports pause only while you are over the Free limits. Moving back up to a paid plan restores normal use straight away.
