NeuroMyelin Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and FluxProtection Ltd for the use of NeuroMyelin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using NeuroMyelin for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

You sign in without a password, using an email code or a passkey. Keep access to your email and your devices safe, as anyone with them may be able to reach your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has gained access. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace.

You own everything you save in NeuroMyelin. You give us only the limited permission we need to store your content and show it back to you, authorised workspace members and recipients of public links you choose to create, and to run features you switch on, such as search and imports. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Please use NeuroMyelin lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to store, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not use it to harm others. We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules or the law.

Some features and higher limits are part of paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the monthly or annual period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment, and Stripe processes the payment. Per-user plans are billed for active workspace seats and may create prorated charges or credits when seats change. You can update payment details, view invoices or cancel through the billing portal. Unless checkout or the law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If payment fails we may retry it and provide a short grace period before limiting paid features. Refund requests are considered under the offer shown at purchase and your statutory rights. If a paid plan ends or you move to Free, existing data stays; actions above Free limits pause and export remains available.

AI answers are optional and can use a personal provider key or a configured Managed AI option. You are responsible for your own usage and costs with that provider and for following their terms. Where a Managed AI option is offered on a plan, we supply the key and count usage against your plan.

We work hard to keep NeuroMyelin running and to protect your data, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update, pause or change features to keep the service working and secure.

We may suspend or limit an account for non payment, misuse, or to protect the service or other users, and we will tell you why where we can. You can close your account at any time. Closing your account removes your data, so please export anything you want to keep first.

NeuroMyelin is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own export. Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date below when we do. If a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any questions, email [email protected].
